GPS Commercial Construction was founded in 2009 by owner Greg Schubert with the vision of creating a commercial construction company with the core values of honesty, integrity, and accountability. Owner Greg Schubert started in the industry with developer Buzz Oates in 1990 and worked with him for fifteen years. This experience instilled a "developer's perspective" to ensure all costs are considered, obtain effective bid coverage, compile a trustworthy team of subcontractors, and make every effort to minimize change orders. Business partner Roger Senf and Project Manager Marty Bechtel joined the GPS team shortly after their departure from Buzz Oates as GPS Commercial Construction launched. Their experience and integrity has made an invaluable impact on the success of GPS Commercial Construction. They share the vision of providing a team environment that places the client and its project needs above all. In the construction industry, experience is the key to success.
