The Ideal candidate must have the following qualities to be considered: -Young professional with entrepreneurial mentality. -Able to work alone as well as part of a team. -Must have previous experience in IT recruitment in the LATAM, USA or European markets with at least 12 months experience. -Must be able to communicate well in English as well as Spanish, Portuguese is a plus. -Analytical and creative thought. -Proven track record in sales. -Be able to work under pressure and be used to achieving monthly and quarterly targets. -Must have a can do attitude.
