The firm was founded, and is led, by Tim Nitti. Prior to establishing GeoAnalytics in 2014, Tim spent 18 years at KLG Advisor and led the firm's location strategy practice. He has developed and helped implement location strategies globally for a wide range of the world's largest and most respected companies in sectors such as finance, technology, pharmaceuticals, media and entertainment, and consumer products. These projects have involved the establishment of new locations, or expansion of existing locations, for more than 20,000 jobs. Throughout his career, Tim has spent considerable time working with communities across the world to assist economic development professionals and government officials obtain a greater understanding of the needs of companies in order to enhance their ability to attract major corporate investment. Tim was awarded an M.Phil. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University. He has conducted academic studies in a number of research areas focused on organizational dynamics and decision-making, and has been asked to present at annual conventions of The American Psychological Association, The Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and The International Congress of Applied Psychology.
