Frontline Private Security

Frontline Private Security is a Local Active Duty Law Enforcement Officer owned and operated company that has been in business for 10 years. Frontline was started when co-owners Jacob Bettin and Magnum Fogelstrom realized a void in the Omaha private security market of a professional, well uniformed security company with a focus on customer service.... From the beginning in 2003, Jacob and Magnum set out to fill this void. With customer service in mind, and the idea that a client calling for security today, needed their services yesterday, Jake and Magnum began fulfilling client's needs. Often this commitment meant the two of them working as security officers until they could get an employee available to cover the shift. This mentality of placing the customer's needs first has not gone unnoticed by Frontline's customers. Frontline has been serving Village Pointe Shopping Center since 2008 when they took over after two previous companies failed to meet RED Development's expectations in the previous one and a half year period. A similar circumstance led to Frontline being chosen as the security provider for XL Four Star Beef in 2009. Frontline has also been the security provider since ground was broken at Sorenson Park Plaza (2006), Shadow Lake Towne Center (2007), and Midtown Crossing (2009). Most notable is the fact that Frontline still serves every customer it has entered a renewable contract with, including their first annual customer, Ginger Cove Lake (2003). Frontline Private Security continues to grow and serve the city of Omaha in high profile areas. In the past year the Downtown Improvement District chose Frontline as its sole security provider and Frontline was chosen as the employer for the Downtown Omaha Welcome Ambassadors program. A full time Director of Business Development was added in March to ensure Frontline's continued growth and customer satisfaction.
