i Fratelli means the brothers in Italian. The i Fratelli concept was founded in Irving in 1987 by us, the four Cole brothers: George, David, Mike, and Darrell. e still own and operate the company, which has expanded to include i Fratelli Ristorante & Wine Bar and ten pizza take-out and delivery outlets located throughout the Metroplex. The core values behind the concept of the original i Fratelli Restaurant remain the foundation of our company. Twenty-seven years later, we continue to take pride in the details which make our family-owned restaurant special. We strive to offer great value and professional service in a warm, relaxed setting. Our own dough recipe is handcrafted fresh daily, and we make our lasagna, sauces, salad dressings, and meatballs from scratch.
