Looking at various things in everyday life, we often see possible ideas for these improvements and analyse their current design. We have always been inte... rested how we can improve the current situation. Why we use design to do that? A fundamental part of design is helping us to communicate with users, engineers, and technicians from different fields and of course with fellow designers, colleagues. To take a journey in design is to follow a path that is never ending; you will always curious and everyday still discovering new things, getting excited and inspired most of the ordinary things and continuously ask questions. The inspiration of the design influenced by the natural and human built environment. Therefore we design solutions, services, advice or products which make peoples life easier not other way around. With our services, we transforming existing situations into a preferred one. At Francis& Son we have analyzed the market and the situation of the Micro, Small Medium Enterprises, to find where we can add value and where we can minimize the risk of duplicating the work or plan of other organizations. Our plan is to create a human- centred, client- driven company, that we all can be proud of. To achieve our goals we must demonstrate that, the whole is greater than the sum of the parts.
