Some of the recent developments in information and digital technologies, particularly around cloud services, analytics and elastic processing/storage, have made what used to be considered advanced capabilities available to any company that can use them notwithstanding their size. However, smaller companies can be more flexible ('agile') and quicker to respond to change than larger organisations, so should be able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by these new developments as well as manage the risks. That is why we focus on the business impact of this technology first and the solution side only when we have clearly understood and agreed with clients what the objectives and outcomes should be. How can we do this? Firstly, we have the experience and qualifications to provide this type of service, developed over many years working for large international companies. We understand how smaller companies work and can tailor our services to your requirements, rather than providing a 'one size fits all approach'. We also will be honest with you if your expectations are unrealistic, particularly around cost and time. Secondly, we do not sell you equipment, software or support services ourselves (although we know lots of trusted partners who can help you with all of your needs in these areas), so our main driver is to help you improve your own business performance and to sustain that improvement.
