You're welcome to stop by before 3:00 pm to pick up our exclusive Tasting Vo... uchers & Passport, which allows you to enjoy two complimentary tastings at Fess Parker Winery and Epiphany Cellars, and a two-for-one tasting passport at 10 local wineries and tasting rooms while waiting to check in. Cancellations must be made by 3 pm, 7 days prior to arrival for a full refund. Reservations canceled within 7 days of arrival will be plus tax. (See note below) Room types are guaranteed according to booking, however specific room types cannot be guaranteed. You may request a specific room number and we will try to accommodate, however it cannot be guaranteed. The Inn cannot accommodate pets. In addition to your room rate, the following taxes and fees are added to your reservation: 12% County Occupancy Tax, $3.00 per room / per night T.B.I.D fee, and $1.10 per room / per night state tourism assessment. We also require a $125.00 per day authorization for your reservation upon check-in. This is to cover the cost of any potential incidentals or damages to the room during your stay. If no incidentals are charged to the room, this authorization will be released. Two private parking lots and overnight street parking available. Parking is for hotel guests only. Group blocks are available for four or more rooms and non-commissionable. We apologize, but breakfast is currently not offered. The Fess Parker Wine Country Inn is a 100% Smoke-Free Property.
