Ferguson Risk Management, LLC was formed in 2012 with an inspiration to provide superior safety and environmental risk control services to industries and organizations of all sizes with a focus on providing world-class customer service. This requires flexibility and consistently exceeding our client's expectations, which we continue to accomplish.... The list of the clients serviced and supported includes Fortune 20 companies in a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, food and beverage, manufacturing, and retail industries as examples. We have assisted companies with as few as four (4) employees and others with over 200,000 associates. Additionally, we work with legal counsel (in-house and outside counsel firms) in assisting clients in reducing environmental, safety and health organizational risks or, unfortunately, recovering from significant impact events, such as fatalities, catastrophes, employee complaints, OSHA and EPA citations, etc. With nine (9) full-time engineers/scientists boasting a collective 150+ years of environmental, health and safety management experience, FRM has the technical expertise and the available personnel to manage any size project.
