Indigena Solutions

Indigena Solutions (Indigena) was founded in 2011 through a business relationship between Tsawwassen First Nation (TFN), Accenture and CAPE Fund. In June of 2016 Talon-Sky Ventures LP (TSVLP) became the majority owner of Indigena Solutions. Talon-Sky Ventures LP is owned and managed by Justin George and Leonard George, both former Chiefs of Tsleil-... Waututh First Nation in North Vancouver, B.C. (pronounced Slay-wah-tuth) and Rueben George, a Nation member and a Sun Dance Chief. All three individuals bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and passion regarding building healthy sustainable businesses such as Indigena, and creating healthy economies. In the words of Leonard George "We must become modern day hunters. Today, it is degrees, diplomas, education, business and strong cultural values that will shape our People for success. Leonard George's father, Chief Dan George, was an acclaimed Canadian actor nominated for many awards including an Oscar. Chief Dan George believed in education and believed his People will take their rightful place in society through business and education and by sharing culture in all aspects of life and business. Leonard, Justin and Rueben George will continue this legacy and build these values to grow Indigena Solutions. Indigena is owned by Talon-Sky Ventures LP (51%) and CAPE Fund (49%).
