Amy Gilbreath is President of Environmental Logistics Company. Amy manages operations of the organization, is responsible for much of the estimating and proposals, and is a senior project manager. Amy holds a Masters degree in Environmental Science from Tarleton State University. Amy joined ELC as a partner in 2006 after serving as a senior project manager at a nationwide engineering firm. Cedric Cascio, Vice President, has over 28 years of experience in contract management, project management, environmental regulations, hazardous waste investigations, and due diligence assessments. Cedric holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and a Master's of Coastal Geomorphology degree from Louisiana State University.
