I just want to say thank you to the staff of Engage Solutions for all the hard work they have done for Snell Packaging & Safety. You have made the transition from our last H&S document management system to the Engage HRIS platform easy and stress free. Having one solution that covers all our HR, H&S , staff training and environmental needs in one e... asy to navigate system made a big difference in our last HACCP audit done by Telarc. I just want to make a comment on how easy it is to use the application and that has made it easy for our staff to get on board. Bidfood Rotorua has been using the Engage Portal since 2016. I can not express how much it has simplified processes for us. Our employees are able to access their own personnel files and the system allows our employees to order their own uniforms. The Heath and Safety component is used a lot. Our Health and Safety meetings are uploaded and any concerns that are raised at these meetings have the corrective actions recorded and tracked. Having this all visible means that our employees can see that their concerns have been taken seriously and the branch appreciates their input.
