EnCon Consulting is a privately owned energy conservation and project management company. Our objective is to help property owners reduce energy within their buildings and reduce operating expenses by hundreds, thousands or even hundreds of thousands of dollars annually. We do this by coming into your building, meeting with your building engineer a... nd evaluating your lighting, HVAC systems and equipment, building envelope, windows, roofing, building automation system or lack thereof. We will work with organizations to help you receive the most in energy rebates possible as well as work with other organizations to get you the most in Federal Tax Incentives available to you. We will work with contractors and price out the overall cost to replace and or upgrade to more energy efficient lighting, equipment and software. We will even work with other local organizations to have the project partially or fully funded. Once the project has been funded EnCon Consulting will work with the contractors until the project is complete to assure it meets or exceeds all of the energy reduction goals set forth by the energy engineers during the initial energy review. Understand this is all done with no direct cost to the property owner except an initial down payment which is based on the size and complexity of the project, however this deposit is completely 100% refunded back to the property owner once the project is complete and paid out.
