The Jamieson Group is a global provider of cost reduction and productivity improvement projects. We are the only global implementation consultancy organisation with a dedicated focus on the Mining sector. We have been in business for over 20 years and in that time have completed over 500 successful engagements. Our success is based on our understan... ding of Organisational Culture, Change Management practices and the need to influence the behaviour of our clients' employees. We work very closely with people at all levels and in their workplaces, to maximise internal buy-in and ownership of the change process. We have developed a large portfolio of tools and methodologies that have led to the implementation of improved Management Operating Systems (MOS) in our clients' operations. The Jamieson Group has completed more productivity improvement initiatives in mining than any other consulting company.
