EmergyCare provides much more than a ride to the hosptial. While the company's primary mission is to provide life-saving pre-hospital care in emergency situations, the company's organization serves Northwestern PA in numerous other ways. Additional programs include non-emergency transportation for those in wheelchairs, interfacility transports for... individuals who need medical care en route to their destination, air medical services via the company's LifeStar helicopter for the most critically ill and injured patients, education and community outreach services as well as advocacy to positively affect the health, well-being and access to emergency care for the residents of the company's service area.
