Accidents don't always occur 8-5 Monday thru Friday, so we want to make sure we are there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When you call our office outside of normal business hours you will get an emergency phone number to reach a member of the EIG staff. Personal Liability Risk Management - Insurance can be confusing, that is why we are trained professionals able to help assess your risk and determine the best, most efficient coverage for you and the things most important to you. Personal Insurance Review - We don't just write your policy and forget about you. We care about you and want to make sure that as your life is changing your risks are being managed properly. Periodically one of our Insurance Specialists will contact you to check on your family and make sure that your coverages remain adequate. Claims Advocate - There is no time that you will need us more than when you have a claim.
