Our high value, small team, is capable of managing multiple projects concurrently due to effective systems, people, and most importantly, a deep passion for turning over durable, impeccably crafted homes to gracious and discerning customers. We provide exceptional value, built-in. Our team consists of 5 members with a combined 47 years of construction experience. We each perform key roles in the success of Elevation Homes. Tim has the Graduate Master Builder certification, which is the National Association of Home Builder's highest mark of distinction. Currently only 4 builders in Colorado have the GMB designation and 350 nationwide. Tim guides customers through the first phases of the design/build process, as well as handling all of the bank draws, invoicing and trade payments. Lance is the construction manager, ensuring the highest quality build from design to warranty, and coordinating all trade partners. He is assisted in the field by Nicholas, who performs the role of assistant superintendent and helps manage warranty items after the build is complete. Chaundra and Sabrina guide customers through the product selection and procurement process. Sabrina is a recent customer of Elevation Homes as well, so she offers a unique and valuable perspective when assisting current customers.
