Laser Therapy: LCT-1000 Class IV Deep Tissue Laser Therapy is a non-invasive treatment using a focused laser beam to inundate areas of pain, weakness, and limited range of motion with an energizing light to repair damaged cells,... reduce inflammation, and promote healthy tissue repair. The improved recovery time as a result of the laser treatment will allow the client to maintain a high level of performance. Massage Therapy: Whether is because of a tough work out regiment or the daily stresses of life, our muscles can become tight and adhered to one another. Relieve your daily aces and pains, or simple recover from your workout by working with one of our licensed massage therapist. Accupuncture: Acupuncture is available for our clients as well, which can help alleviate muscle tightness and soreness. Acupuncture uses needles that are inserted along your nervous system to release the tension, resulting in a looser more calm muscle. EFT has acupuncturists that are available for us to bring into the facility for the athletes use. The results of a good acupuncture session will be felt and noticed, especially the days after you get it. Physical Therapy: On-site physical therapists for rehabilitation of any injury or condition.
