In the first 10 years, DWC focused primarily on consulting to some of the largest service providers in the employee benefits industry, including banks, broker-dealers, mutual fund families, recordkeepers, insurance companies, third party administrators and investment advisory firms. These projects were geared toward helping the company's clients ac... hieve one central goal - to grow their 401(k) business. Over the years, the company received numerous requests from the company's institutional clients to not only consult but to also offer ongoing services to plan sponsors. The company's experience and market research showed that investment advisors and plan sponsors were looking for several things - understandable communication, fast and accurate results and in-depth expertise. Knowing the company could deliver all three, in 2009, the company made the decision to expand the company's services to include annual compliance and government reporting as well as consulting services for retirement plans. Within the first year, the company were awarded more than 300 clients based on the company's reputation for knowledge, accuracy and responsiveness.
