Vickie Joy started Down Home Property Management after a successful career selling homes in The Villages. Stacey Joy joined Down Home Property Management in the fall of 2012 after a successful career in furniture sales and residential design in The Villages. We are passionate about helping our homeowners in the care and management of their rental homes. We enjoy meeting new renters and helping them make the best of their experience.
