Doug Lenhoff, MBA and Jerry Koll, CLU, ChFC formed Koll-Lenhoff (now dibrokerWest) in 2000, after having individually established successful disability brokerage firms. Jerry began his insurance sales career in 1965 and became a disability specialist in 1980.
