Design Studio C, Ltd. was founded in 1998 to offer professional architectural services that cater to entrepreneurial clients. Over the years, we have designed and built hundreds of projects throughout the collar counties around Chicago, Illinois as well as southeastern Wisconsin. We have worked with company founders to expand their businesses, land... lords improving their buildings for tenants, restauranteurs moving into new locations, dentists, doctors, auto recyclers, contractors, investors, developers, and not-for profit companies. During this time, we have developed relationships with lenders, contractors, consultants, and municipalities, to help your project run smoothly. We also use our architecture and development skills to help our community. Irene Edgar has served on the Design Committee of Waukegan Main Street since 2005 (plus a 3 year stint as a Board Member), a term on the Development Board of the Friends of the Historic Genesee Theatre, and has been an advisor to the Ray Bradbury Waukegan Carnegie Library, Inc's efforts to bring a Ray Bradbury Museum to the historic Waukegan Carnegie Library. Michael Edgar founded the Greater Waukegan Development Coalition, a not-for-profit real estate development company in 2012 in order to foster business and real estate development in the Greater Waukegan area.
