The company was established in 1967 by Luigi Quirici with the unique view of providing a "one stop shop" for the chefs of the great hotels, restaurants and clubs. Our location in the heart of London only yards from Smithfield Meat and Poultry market is a key factor in the success of the company. It was a hugely successful idea and the company prospered and in 1985 the company was further enhanced when his two sons, Marco and Roberto, brought their individual skills to bear on the company which has led to further controlled expansion and consolidation with the company looking for further opportunities in partnerships with companies that share the same ethos and outlook. CSP Foodservices Ltd has been supplying Fish, Poultry, Game and Red Meat products for fourty five years and our knowledge in this area is unrivalled, and as a result our client base of blue chip companies has grown enormously. We source the vast majority of our poultry products directly from farms in East Anglia and Essex. We have used the same suppliers for over fourty years and as you might expect we have formed a close relationship with them. Over the years we have been supplying poultry, game and red meat products we have been aware that our customers have been demanding these products in a greater variety of ways, with ease of preparation a must for the busy chef of today. Our poultry and red meat preparation areas is staffed by experienced individuals who are able to prepare poultry and red meat to exacting customer demands, additionally our staff regularly attend courses designed to increase their knowledge and ability. Quality control is of course paramount and starts with basic hygiene and at CSP we control every stage of its operation.
