Crossroads Nutrition offers nutrition and wellness consultation and programs for individuals, groups and small companies. The goal of Crossroads Nutrition is to reveal my clients' personalized road map to health, and guide them step by step, towards their unique wellness goals. Much like a nutritional GPS, my program helps you clearly see where you... are, envision where you want to be, and map out a strategy to get there. Why the name Crossroads? Because at some point, you know youre at a crossroads. And you need to pick a new path. As your personal Health Coach, Ill be your supportive mentor to motivate you to cultivate positive health choices; improve your eating habits; understand your body better; make self-care a priority; and feel confident in choosing and preparing better food for you and your family. Consultations are available in person or by phone. My corporate wellness programs and group workshops cover the full suite of nutrition and lifestyle topics, including seasonal or special audience programs. The programs encourage participants to set and accomplish goals, explore new foods, understand and reduce cravings, increase energy, move more and feel better in their body.
