Our restaurant has been independently ow... ned and operated since 1972. First as the Escanaba T & T Supper Club, then in February of 1976 we became independent from the Iron Mountain based franchise and became known as CRISPIGNA'S SUPPER CLUB. We are both from the Iron Mountain area and have always had the desire to own and operate our own restaurant. To control the quality and consistency of our foods we make most of our own food. Most of our meat is cut and ground in our kitchen. We have compiled our own recipes and they are also made in our own kitchen. For example: our cheese and meat ravioli, our spaghetti sauce, white cheese sauce, meatballs and Italian sausage, Italian salad dressing, hot bacon dressing, barbeque sauce, etc. We are always updating and adding to our recipes. In April of 1985 we suffered a very damaging fire that required extensive remodeling. We now have seating capacity of 108. Our original seating was 68. We also have a small dining area available for parties. In the summer of 1991 our kitchen was remodeled to accommodate a pizza oven, an old dough roller (it came from the Norbertine Abbey in Green Bay, Wis.), our own homemade recipes were formed and we embarked into the pizza business as well.Read More
