Contract Hardware was established in 1987 and has now become the largest Architectural Ironmongery Group in the country. The Contract Group of companies has branches in Durban, Cape Town and Port Elizabeth with our head office based in Johannesburg. We have well-trained staff, all of whom have extensive experience in the industry. We also work in c... onjunction with our suppliers to ensure that our staff receive on-going training on the latest products. One of our more recent strategies has been to offer Architects a non-biased Ironmongery Specification Service that is easy to interpret for all involved in the decision-making process. The Contract Group employs over 150 staff members. Contract Hardware head-office in JHB houses a second company on the premises, namely Contract Aluminium CC who are our in-house suppliers for all aluminum profiles such as shop-fronts, casement windows, folding doors, sliding doors, flats and angles. Contract Hardware has co-ordinated the supply of ironmongery on many prestigous buildings. Our client list includes major construction companies in South Africa, Swaziland, Lesotho, Botswana, Abidjan in the Ivory Coast and many more in Southern Africa. Contract Hardware also stocks bathroom accessories, heated towel rails, frameless glass and the ironmongery to complement it.
