Complete Fire Protection was formed in 2016 under the ownership of Roger De Souza who has over a decade of experience in the Fire Protection industry, and is supported by an experienced management team and a skilled set of installers whom all share a common goal to protect lives and valued assets. While Fire Sprinklers have been in existence since... the 1800's, most of society are unaware as to why they are essential to re safety and avoiding massive damage. More than anything the protection of life is always the number one priority in any situation, and statistics have shown their effectiveness in saving lives, when properly maintained. The aftermath of a re can be devastating to businesses, and it has been discovered that when paired with other early warning re/life safety systems, automatic re sprinklers are capable of reducing property damage, injuries and death by more than 50%. As soon as an automatic sprinkler head is heated to a specic temperature, it will open and submerge the ame with water and will not stop until the re department or relevant personnel turns off the water supply. This will suppress the re before it has a chance to spread giving reghters and property owners the time they need to save lives and property. We maintain our own Workshop and manufacturing facility capable of handling projects independently within our scope of works. Our workshop takes up a total area of 1000 m2 with a total workforce of 25 staff members, 2 trucks and 3 work vehicles. We have successfully identified and placed a number of employees in independent roles thus enabling individuals to attain multi-disciplined tasking. Specific aims and directions have been embedded in the company's structure to place a direct emphasis on individual growth as well as team building objectives.
