Compassion Way

At Compassion Way we have 'a passion for compassion'. Our founder and the directors have known Rajib Arohan since 1997 when he was studying in the US. We watched as he returned to India and began serving people. For many years we individually and through a US church helped support an ever-growing family of ministries under his leadership. From a si... ngle congregation, which Rajib planted with the help of his friend and fellow laborer, Subrata Sarkar, he has planted more than 90 churches and launched dozens of humanitarian aid projects in the communities he serves. We often observed that his ministry was impeded by a lack of resources but the need was beyond even our individual abilities to help. Finally in 2015 a handful of men and women joined together to form a non-profit organization to dedicated to raising support for and awareness of the extensive family of ministries under the umbrella of Covenant Family Church in West Bengal, India. We do not 'own' these ministries but instead we see the hand of God on these men and women in India and have determined to 'put our hand to what God is doing.' While we would love to support other ministries and projects in the future as the Lord leads us, our focus remains on South Asia. The current need there far outstrips our resources . . . but not God's. The kingdom of God continues to expand as Covenant Family Church under Rajib Arohan's leadership has recently begun to plant churches and serve people in Bangladesh and Nepal.Read More
