Dear collaborators , indicators of management of our institution are green. CNPS is doing very well. Thanks to our financial strength, we have been able not only to make many real estate investments in recent years, but also to proceed from January 1, 2018, to a substantial revaluation of 5%, of the basic salary of staff, after the one made at the... beginning of the 2016 budget year. I know, this year again and more than before, you have shown professionalism and selflessness through your involvement in work and assistance to clients. The recognition of our performance by ISSA is also thanks to your hard work. This is why a bonus of excellence was granted to each of you, in recognition of the efforts made to enable the institution to obtain the ISSA label of excellence in terms of quality of service. Congratulations to those of you who have contributed to this noble mission. For those who are not on track, those who are slow to follow, I invite them to pull themselves together and get to work. We must all participate in the fulfilment of our mission: to serve Cameroonians and social insured persons. For the coming year, our challenges will be the implementation of all ISSA guidelines on quality of service, governance, modernisation and extension of social security coverage to the greatest number. I know I can count on your full involvement in work so as to meet these new challenges imposed by the modernisation cycle of CNPS. The time has now come for me to wish you, your families and all your loved ones the very best for 2018. May this New Year be for all of you, a year of peace, prosperity and health. May the Almighty God give you the energy necessary to participate and continue to make CNPS, a modern institution, capable of carrying out its missions with professionalism, and to render to its clients/users in the shortest delays, a service of quality, in full social responsibility.
