Cleric

Cleric is a San Francisco-based AI startup developing an autonomous Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) platform designed to reduce the burden of on-call support for software engineering teams. Founded by Shahram Anver (CEO) and Willem Pienaar (CTO), the company's core product is a self-learning AI agent that automatically investigates production al... erts, performs root cause analysis, and builds a continuously updated knowledge graph of a company's infrastructure environment. Cleric captures institutional knowledge from every incident resolution, transforming tribal knowledge into reusable engineering insight that accelerates future investigations. The platform integrates with existing observability tools and is designed to adapt to complex, idiosyncratic enterprise environments, including Kubernetes-based deployments. By automating alert triage and incident investigation, Cleric enables engineering teams to shift from reactive operations to proactive engineering.Read More
