The debt advice project employing a dedicated team of Debt workers & administrators is funded by the Money Advice Service offering advice & support across County Durham in our offices or on the phone. The Debt Relief Order unit employing a specialist team of approved intermediaries & staff is funded by the Money Advice Service and helps over 6,000 clients a year with their debt issues across the country. We provide two dedicated workers who help families with their issues through-out County Durham and who are referred from the One Point service. Telephone advice funded by Durham County Council helping patients of GPs surgeries in County Durham, primarily those with a long term health condition or mental health issue and helps them maximise their income and helping them claim disability benefits.
