California Department of Education Funded Collaborative Partnership Matrix (pdf) This document demonstrates the collaborative work of other CDE training and technical assistance projects that provide professional development support to teachers and providers of young children ages 0-5. The matrix shows an overview of services that are provided by CIBC, California Preschool Instructional Network (CPIN), Program for Infant/Toddler Care (PITC), Beginning Together and Collaborative of California for Social Emotional Foundations for Early Learning (CSEFEL). Using the CIBC collaborative problem solving approach, the teachers and site administrator developed a daily routine that would allow for children to have longer, sustained periods of choices.
