Christmas Connection

Beyond our signature program, Christmas Shopping Days, the Christmas Connection offers programs throughout the year including School Connections-school supplies, uniforms and clothing; Crisis Relief for those who have a loss due to house fires or storms; Senior Citizen Shopping Days and General Shopping to meet basic needs as they arise. The Christ... mas Connection is modeled after a department store allowing the families we serve the dignity to "shop" for items that fit their own unique tastes. Instead of just a handout, the Christmas Connection strives to provide a bridge of normalcy in the lives of families who are otherwise facing difficult, stressful situations. Unlike resale organizations or thrift stores, our products are never sold. If we cannot use the items or have a surplus, we pass them along to other nonprofit organizations. We partner with many other community agencies for referral of clients to Christmas Connection and sharing and recycling of resources. The Christmas Connection has completed Oklahoma Standards for Excellence, an ethics & accountability program for the nonprofit sector provided by the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. Christmas Connection relies on the generosity of the community and receives no state, federal or United Way funding. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax deductible.
