Christine Thornton has been working with chief executives, their teams and organisations since 1990, and practising since 1997 as a psychotherapist and supervisor, specialising in work with groups. Christine continues to be fascinated by work with people in both work and personal contexts. She works to help leaders and their organisations plan for... and achieve success, maximising each person's contribution, and working to balance conflicting needs.
