CECI Engineering Consultants, Inc. was founded in 2007 based on laws and regulations. As the result, China Engineering Consultants, Inc. was transformed into a nonprofit foundation, which has abilities of engineering technologies and research developments. CECI focuses on the core businesses of traffic safety, technology research, human resource development, and so on. Our goal is connecting industries and service regionally, assisting the implementation of policies, and connecting daily-life in series. With new technology advances, now we have already went into the era of Industry 4.0. Digital Innovation changes our life. New technologies and techniques are continuously used on the construction.
