A wide variety of fresh and frozen whole chickens, thigh fillets, bone in pieces and specialty cut portions (thigh cutlets, tulip wings and more). Other poultry products including duckling, turkey, quail, smoked chicken breast, spatchcocks, free range, corn-fed, halal and further processed products (schnitzels, kievs and satays) are always in stock. Representing many of the leading meat processing plants our range includes beef, lamb, pork and further processed meats, including ham and bacon. We have varying grades of meat catering to your specific budget. Whole cryovac packed pieces, portion control steaks and diced products made fresh to order. Our facilities and vehicles are Safe Food Queensland Accredited and have exceeded all the requirements when inspected at regular third party audits. Our Quality Assurance Manager has implemented a total Quality Assurance HACCP Program to ensure all products are received, stored, processed, dispatched and accepted by the customer in the safest and most hygienic means possible. Temperatures for all processes are maintained at less than 5?c to ensure the product is always at the safest and freshest standards. Daily temperature, processing and cleaning inspections of facilities, equipment and vehicles are implemented.
