At Jon Thorner's we focus on quality and provenance when selecting the finest festive fare for Christmas. Our whole free range bronze and traditional white turkeys are sourced from Caldecott, based in rural Worcestershire, who have exceptional welfare standards and ethical farming practices. As well as turkey and other traditional favourites, we have introduced some new and exciting products for 2016: Three Game Roast - our 3 bird roasts gain in popularity every year, so this year we have added to the range. This roast is prepared from pheasant, partridge and pigeon - all sourced from the South of England - with our own made pork, apple and Calvados stuffing, before wrapping it in streaky bacon. Clementine & Cranberry stuffed leg of lamb - we take a delicious part-boned leg of lamb sourced from the West Country and stuff it with clementine and cranberries for a festive, fruity roast. Christmas Meat Hamper - everything you need for a family of 4, saving over 10% on the individual items; boneless turkey, sausage meat, chipolatas, streaky bacon, corner-cut topside, gammon joint and sage & onion stuffing mix. Handmade Melty Mushroom Wellington - this dish is a real vegetarian show-stopper. Our chefs have brought together field mushrooms with creamy spinach and Stilton, encased in crisp puff pastry. Further vegetarian choices include our chef's Festive Squash & Blue Cheese Lattice and Sweet Potato & Goat's Cheese Pie.
