As a family that is challenging for this business to cater to and accommodate, I can say we have never felt abandoned even when thin... gs get really rough. We've gotten very personalized "training" as we battle through life's trials. The Hidde family has always felt the product is valuable and worth every penny but great customer service in the form of going the extra mile to make things work for everyone, no matter how challenging is what I believe has made this family grow and succeed and grow some more. The experience has been and continues to be priceless=) My son has gone since last summer but I just had my first class last night (adult class) and LOVED it! I left feeling more confident, and energized! The instructors are great. They explains the techniques very thoroughly and if you still are having problems, they will walk you through it. My kids and I take classes. They are thoughtful and if you are having problems outside of the classroom, they listen as well. They treat you like family, and you are a family. We love it here, and I am grateful for them. I love the variety of martial arts offered in this school. With all of the options to choose from, my son is never bored & loves coming to class even 6 years later.
