Growing up in Levittown, New York, I attended New York University, spent four years in the United States Air Force, then joined a small regional retail firmand never looked back. Over the next twenty-three years, I earned my MBA, and developed Loehmanns Inc., a $400 million national retail chain, into one of the most successful retailers in America. All of these experiences led me to KPMG, one of the worlds largest consulting firms, where I was managing director of the retail transactions group. After leaving KPMG, I joined a group of entrepreneurs in Boston, and helped develop and operate three successful professional services firms, including CEO Advisory Partners.
