About Carolina Access Specialists
Carolina Access Specialists is owned by Carolina Mobility & Seating, Inc. (CM&S), which was started in early 1998 to provide power and manual wheelchairs, cushions and seating systems, hygiene equipment, standing and positioning aids, hospital beds and adaptive pediatric cribs. CM&S also worked with adults in providing customized rehab equipment. The home modification division was established when Ben Honeycutt, licensed residential contractor, joined CM&S to provide ramps, overhead ceiling lifts, VPLs, vehicle lifts, valet seating for vehicles and home modifications. The owners of CM&S, Inc. sold the custom rehab portion of the business on 12/31/12. Due to the need for home and vehicle access, they decided to provide these services through Carolina Access Specialists.Explore more
