Cardio Express

Cardio Express was established in 1995 with the opening of its first location in Vernon, CT. This standard has continued to shape the way in which we operate today and what you can expect when you visit our clubs. C... ardio Express is now the largest chain of fitness centers in the Greater Hartford market, currently operating 24 hour locations in Tolland, Vernon, Manchester, Wethersfield, Southington, Mansfield, East Hartford and coming soon to the Wethersfield Hartford line. For more than 20 years, Cardio Express has provided our members with a comfortable, personable, and affordable fitness experience.
