Capital Letter is an online subscription service that provides court judgment summaries from New Zealand’s High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and Environment Court. It also provides updates on legislation, statutory reviews, general reviews and news. It enjoys a wide subscription base ranging from large law firms through to sole practitione... rs; in-house counsel within the corporate sector; and central and local government entities. Subscribers receive daily newsletters during the week updating them on the latest court decisions, news, legislation and opinions from around the legal profession. Judgments Express is a weekly newsletter. We also send out a weekly specialist environmental law update. This LinkedIn page serves as a landing page for the legal profession and those interested in it, with the option for them to become a paying subscriber of the website. Complimentary trial access is available. At time of writing in December 2023 over 450 organisations subscribe to Capital Letter. This page has also been established to foster some commentary around some of the interesting developments that we cover across the profession.
