Unless otherwise indicated, all of our products are brand new and carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. Each product is brand-new and factory-fresh. On most items, we offer a 15-DAY EXCHANGE POLICY for a product of equal or greater value (at incremental cost to the customer if/as applicable). We do not provide refunds. If you think that your product may be defective, you should first call the manufacturer's technical support number to see if your problem can be resolved on the phone. If the manufacturer determines that your product is defective within 15 days from the delivery date, we will replace it with a new one. Please call us at to arrange for a replacement and to get an RMA number to return the defective product. Please have your sales order number, date of purchase and the nature of the defect available when you call. Products returned for exchange must be in brand new, mint condition. Items must be in the original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the blank warranty cards.
