Buffalo Seminary is grateful for the generosity of the families and organizations that believe access to a SEM education can change a girl's life, and the lives of those around her. These scholarship funds were established as a result of Remarkable Opportunities - Campaign for SEM, Buffalo Seminary's extraordinarily successful capital campaign of 2... 015-16 which raised over $9.2 million; they are an addition to a robust list of 24 existing endowed funds for scholarship support. SEM will name these scholars for the 2017-18 academic year: Catherine McLean Eagleson '53 Scholarship The Gacioch Family Scholarship Virginia Deuel '33 Scholarship Jane M. Gold '15 Scholarship Delaware North Scholarship Louise Alexandra von Simson Endowed Scholarship Buffalo Seminary is also happy to announce its new 2017-18 Legacy Residential Scholarship for an outstanding candidate for Buffalo Seminary's residential program who has been recommended by a graduate, trustee of the school, or SEM family. Residential students live in one of the four historic homes next to the school with a SEM staff member and girls from around the region, the nation, and world. The purpose of this scholarship is to build Buffalo Seminary's SEM community with talented young women who have a connection to the school.
