Brokerpad is a secure online tool that allows your loan applicant clients to enter their own personal and financial information. It is intended to replace the paper forms that you may currently email to your clients. Brokers find that they can often eliminate one client meeting by using Brokerpad. Of course, you still need to meet with your clients, but now you can spend time building relationship and talking about products rather than interrogating them for information. After you set up a new client in the system and select the documents that you need from them, Brokerpad will send your client an email with a link which enables them to login and enter all their information. When they login an introductory video greets your clients with instructions on what to do. The system comes with a professional presenter as standard, or you can insert your own video. Using your own introductory video is useful if you have never met your client, such as when they are interstate, in another town, or are a referral. Brokerpad also has a facility for clients to upload the documents that you need to complete the loan application, such as ID documents, payslips, bank statements etc. When they are uploaded, Brokerpad automatically renames them, inserts them into a separate folder for each client and puts them all into a zip file. You can change the colour scheme and add your own logo and images so that to clients it looks like your website. Tutorials and images educate the client as they fill in their information.
