Braxton Consulting maintains a network of experts to augment its skills and relationships. Members of the Braxton Consulting Network help the firm to enhance its understanding of emerging marketplace developments, provide new client introductions, and enhance the value we provide to our clients. The Braxton Consulting Fellows are a group of recognized business and technology leaders associated with Braxton Consulting. Braxton Consulting Fellows provide a source of intellectual capital, introduce us to prospective clients, author and contribute to industry publications, serve as faculty to the Braxton ConsultingExchange program, and participate in client projects. Braxton Consulting Fellows are contractually committed to dedicate a certain number of days annually to Braxton Consulting to support marketing and client work. Braxton Consulting Fellows are compensated with a combination of equity and per diem payments for services provided to us, or to our clients, on our behalf. As of March 31, 2010, we had eleven Braxton Consulting Fellows Independent Advisors " executives who offer strategic industry oversight and guidance to our growth initiatives, intellectual capital development and client relationships.
