In 2014 I took on a creative revamp of the Sittercity brand and a new product design. This included brand positional and brand direction. New look and feel for the product as well as a new voice for the company. A/B tested multiple conversion flows. Qualitative and Quantitative Conducted the UX studies for New Product, Responsive and Mobile Application As one of the three leads of the creative arms of Constant Contact my duties primarily consist of managing and running the design and front-end development arm for web properties and creative service team. This web team includes four designers, seven front-end developers and two writers. The creative service team consist of two strategic project managers, four designers, three writers and one trafficker. Our work ranges from radical design concepts and brand pushes into new areas for Constant Contact to testing UX experiences that improve trial and buy now conversion. Since my arrival I have been encouraging my team to continually evolve the brand and drive the company with world class design and UX standards. As part of the incubation process at Viant I transitioned to BobVila.com as a founding partner and Creative Director in 2000.
