At Blooming Kids Early Learning & Long Day Care Centre we aim to provide a secure, nurturing, home-like environment that has a warm friendly, relaxed & open atmosphere which encourages children to feel like they belong, a strong sense of being & the power to become. AIM: * We believe that Early Childhood is an integral time for children in terms of... their learning & development. * As Educators we will work with families to facilitate children as they take part in their own learning process which provides an educational environment where children can experience belonging, being & becoming. * Through play based learning we aim to provide opportunities for all children to reach their full potential, which will lay the foundation for successful learning in the future. * We aim to provide a diverse program that reflects both group & individual needs. Through on going observations & evaluations, we aim to provide enriching experiences that encourage & promote learning & development. * We respect all families by encouraging them to share their culture, language & home experiences with the Centre. This will create a stronger partnership between our families & our Centre. * Staff are committed to on going training & learning in the Early Childhood field. The staff meet on a regular basic to discuss issues, evaluate & update practises / procedures to improve the quality & standard of care we provide to our families.
