Licensed to provide education and care for 71 children aged between birth and 12 years of age in Shoalwater, and 52 school-aged children for out of school hours and vacation care times. Our program is coordinated by a four year trained and qualified, Early Childhood Teacher whom is registered with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia - giving you piece of mind that the educational program reflects current Western Australian curriculum guidelines and the Early Years Learning Framework; promotes socially focussed, play-based inquiry learning opportunities for your child; and assists children and families when transitioning to formal schooling through our centre's professional networking structure and school readiness program. Our centre also offers enrolment to children diagnosed with medical conditions and/or disability and including those with additional support needs. Our educational team works in conjunction with families, medical professionals, nationally approved Inclusion Support Agency (provided through Communicare Inc.) and the Rockingham/Kwinana Early Intervention Agency to support your child to participate in the centre's program within the scope of their ability and needs. To ensure the inclusion, health and safety of all enrolled children special conditions apply for enrolment of children with higher support needs.
