Bob has over 35 years experience in the Commercial Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Industry, and is well known throughout North America and overseas, and is considered an expert in the industry. Over the years at the request of several industry trade associations,Bob has spoken at many national conferences and regional meetings on a wide variety of educat... ional topics such as financing, demographics, location analysis, equipment replacement, advertising, the industrys future, and more. Bob has been a guest speaker at 12 Clean shows on behalf of the CLA (Coin Laundry Association), as well as writing numerous articles for various national and international Laundry and Dry-cleaning publications. In 2000 Bob was elected to the national board of directors of CLA; and was then elected by that board to the executive board and served as the associations 2005 Chairman. In addition, Bob served as the past President on the board of the local Delaware Valley CLA chapter, and is the founding chairman ofLaundry Cares, the industrys charitable trust founded by the CLA. In December 2010, Bob was honored by the CLA who recognized him as one of 50 who made a difference in the industry over the past 50 years . Bob is known and respected nationally and internationally by his peers, and continues to be a leader in the industry, in coin, OPL and route. Over the years Bob has been retained as a consultant for several companies; two examples are a large manufacturer assisting them in growing internationally, as well as consulting for a large laundromat chain in Brussels, Belgium, helping them grow within their markets, and to expand into others.
